Unlike Monopolar or Bipolar RF technology, which is more superficial and can often be painful or risky to the epidermis, 3DEEP’s non ablative skin tightening hand pieces deliver controlled energy to the depth of the dermis, reaching 52°-55°C, with minimal epidermal heat. This is achieved through gently focusing the device energy into the dermis for optimal, painless collagen remodeling. Electrodes transmitting energy into the skin are controlled by RF current phases manipulated by a complex algorithm. As these different electrical fields naturally repel each other, this interaction produces an ideal mix of energy that targets several layers of the skin. Designed with the patient’s comfort in mind, EndyMed PRO is described by patients as feeling like a warm, gentle massage. A small handpiece is moved over the skin using circular motions to deliver RF energy into targeted areas. During treatment, the temperature of the skin is monitored as the handpiece is moved over the area around five to six times. Weekly treatments are scheduled for a total of four or five sessions, with two more treatments given every two weeks. Results are optimized at this point but a follow-up treatment is generally needed about three months following the last, regular treatment.

RF has two major intrinsic advantages over other technologies:

3Deep RF represents the newest variation of RF technology, an evolution of RF based professional skin tightening, body contouring and fractional skin resurfacing systems. 3Deep technology, consisting of multiple electrodes, offers, for the first time, a safe, energy based system that combines delivery of controlled heat deep into the skin, while preserving the overlying epidermis.
The 3Deep technology is efficient for most body areas. Different body areas require different energy parameters. We have different applications which are customised for various body areas.
During the procedure, the deep skin layers are gradually heated, while the skin surface remains around 40*C (hot shower temperature). Your skin temperature will be constantly monitored. Depending on the size of the treatment area, treatment takes between 30-45 minutes. The treatment is relaxing, pain free and carries no side effects.
Following treatment, you may immediately resume all routine activities. You may notice slight redness around the treatment area, which usually disappears in a couple of hours.
According to your treatment program, we will offer a series of treatments, up to six, in intervals of one to two weeks. You should start to see improvement in your skin following the second treatment and additional improvement will gradually appear as the treatment course progresses.
As new healthier collagen is formed, tighter, more natural looking and firmer skin will be produced. The gradual improvement in your skin will continue even after completion of the series.
