COOLPEEL™ LASER TREATMENT SYDNEY

CoolPeel™ laser treatment is a gentler, more comfortable alternative to traditional laser treatments and can be used on a wide range of skin types and concerns. This cutting-edge, CO2 resurfacing approach uses a specialised laser to remove the outer layers of damaged skin, revealing fresh, healthy skin underneath. The result is a smoother, more youthful-looking complexion that will make you look and feel your best.

Whether you are hoping to reduce fine lines and the effects of sun damage, as well as decrease pore size and improve skin texture, CoolPeel™ laser is a cost-effective, non-invasive treatment offering proven results with minimal downtime.

Dr Saras & Co. provide CoolPeel™ laser treatments at an affordable cost in their Annandale and Double Bay Clinics in Sydney.

How CoolPeel™ Laser Treatment Works

CoolPeel™ is a brand-new form of ablative laser treatment that targets and destroys blemished areas of the skin across your face, neck, chest and hands.

A local or topical anaesthetic will be applied to the target areas before the procedure to improve your comfort. The laser will deliver high energy in a series of short pulses to the superficial area of the skin, along with a cool blast to control any lingering heat. This creates microscopic columns of injury to activate the body’s natural healing process, stimulating the production of fresh skin with better tone and texture.

CoolPeel™ Laser Treatment Procedure Length & Frequency

The procedure itself only takes 15 – 20 minutes, and although you will likely see immediate results after the initial treatment, our specialists will recommend a course of 3-4 treatments for the best results. Each CoolPeel™ Laser Treatment is typically scheduled every 3-4 weeks.

Consultation Before Your CoolPeel™ Laser Treatment

Prior to undergoing a CoolPeel™ laser treatment, we encourage a consultation with one of our specialists at Dr Saras & Co. Here, we can explain the procedure in more detail, assess your skin type and health, and discuss your personal objectives for the treatment. We can also answer any of your questions, such as how much the CoolPeel™ laser treatment will cost.

Ideal Candidates for CoolPeel™ Laser Treatment

CoolPeel™ laser treatment can be used to treat a wide range of skin concerns, including wrinkles, fine lines, sun damage, uneven skin tone, and acne scars. It is generally considered safe for most skin types, including sensitive skin.

The treatment may not be suitable for everyone, however, such as those with active infections or issues with their immune response. It is essential to discuss your specific concerns with one of our qualified providers to decide if CoolPeel™ laser treatment is right for you.

Recovery Period After CoolPeel™

Aside from proven results and low cost, one of the key benefits of the CoolPeel™ laser treatment is the minimal downtime and recovery period required. Patients can expect their skin to be slightly red and swollen immediately after the procedure, but these symptoms should resolve within a few days. This is far more manageable than standard fractional CO2 treatments, which typically go far deeper and can damage the surrounding skin.

Be sure to follow the post-treatment instructions provided, which include avoiding sun exposure and keeping the skin hydrated to prevent dry and scaly build-up.
